Build your happier, healthier lifestyle

Ballarat
Healthy, positive social connections can improve mental health and emotional distress, as well as improve health behaviours, such as increasing physical activity, improving sleep and healthy eating choices, and have positive impacts on blood pressure and immune function.
Neighbourhood Houses are welcoming places where you can join other community members to come together to pursue common interests, activities and have fun.
We recommend discussing how community based activities support your health with your medical practitioner. Medical referrals are not required, however, a medical referral will assist your neighbourhood house to understand your needs and support your pathway to a healthier you.
